Catherine Tillyard
Partner - Treaty Reinsurance

Catherine is a Partner in our Treaty Reinsurance team, specialising in catastrophe modelling and analytics.
Prior to joining McGill and Partners, Catherine spent eleven years as a Catastrophe Risk Analyst, leading model evaluation and analytics projects for global clients within the Property Catastrophe management team at Aon. Before joining the industry, Catherine completed her PhD in Volcanology, helping small island states to assess the risk from volcanic hazards. She is passionate about the opportunity the reinsurance industry has, in applying its analytical expertise to help clients address the challenges faced today in an ever-changing risk and climate landscape.
If Catherine was not working at McGill and Partners, she would be running in the Kentish countryside with her black Labrador, Baxter.
