Rochelle an Independent Non-Executive Director at McGill and Partners.
Rochelle has more than 25 years’ experience in strategic business development, feasibility study and report writing, insurance program structuring and management, business operations and team management. Serving as a Vice President at Aon and ACE Bermuda Insurance.
Rochelle is s a founding member of the Centre for Leadership, a participant in the Aspen-Bermuda Racial Equity Partnership Initiative and named one of the 100 outstanding women by the Department of Human Affairs, 100 Women, 100 Visions Ceremony, 2011.
Rochelle was Chairwoman of the Institute of Directors in Bermuda until 2021 and was elected Fellow of the Institute of Directors UK in the same year.
