Greg is a Partner in our Leadership and Central team.
Greg joined from Aon where he had the honour of serving as Strategy Director across the worldwide insurance and reinsurance business. Over 7 years, he drove game-changing innovation across portfolio trading, carrier consulting, digital trading and client analytics creating substantive new revenue streams. He takes particular pride in being the first named inventor on several Aon-owned patents and his role in structuring and placing the Landmark Client Treaty for Aon’s EMEA facultative portfolio.
Prior to this, he spent 5 years driving material profitability improvement in Aon’s UK, Pacific and EMEA insurance units through target operating model, process improvement, sales operations, pricing and management information initiatives. He started in the industry at Windsor PLC (now Howden) where he served for 5 years gaining an understanding of placement, client engagement and team management.
If Greg was not working for McGill and Partners, he would be developing a vineyard and learning how to surf.
