Lucy Horner
Partner - Risk Engineer

Lucy is a Partner Risk Engineer in the Renewables, Power and Energy team, specialising in offshore renewables.
Lucy joined McGill and Partners in January 2023 from the offshore wind industry. Most recently, Lucy worked at Corio Generation as a project engineer for the development phase of the Outer Dowsing Offshore Wind Farm in the UK. Lucy also worked as an engineer and project manager for the London Array Offshore Wind Farm in the UK over a period of nine years, supporting various operations and maintenance activities including inter-array cable repair campaigns.
If Lucy was not working for McGill and Partners, she would be developing offshore wind farms around the world.
