Karen is our Chief Marketing Officer, where she leads the firm’s global brand, communications, and marketing strategy.
She brings over 20 years of experience in senior marketing and communication roles across the insurance, construction, and business support services industries. Before joining McGill and Partners, she was Head of Brand & Marketing at Lloyd’s and held senior marketing leadership roles at Travelers and Zurich. Her career spans global carriers, complex corporates and fast-moving entrepreneurial environments giving her a unique perspective on how to differentiate in evolving markets and build distinctive brands that connect people to purpose. As an Executive Coach she is a champion of talent, inclusive leadership, and creativity to unlock performance.
