Neil Odell
Partner - Treaty Reinsurance

Neil is a Partner in our Treaty Reinsurance team.
Neil has worked in the insurance industry for 20 years, having worked as a Claims Adjuster for large composite insurers and later becoming a Claims Advocate for a number of global brokers. Neil was most recently Head of Claims for 6 years at Aventum group, having been Head of Claims for their specialist broking division, Consilium, which included dealing with claims for both retail and wholesale clients and later moving across to their MGA, Rokstone Underwriting.
If Neil was not working for McGill and Partners, he would set up a crossfit gym.
