Duncan Milne
Partner - Head of US Property

Duncan is a Partner and Head of our US Property team. Duncan’s responsibilities include structuring and implementing large and/or complex property risks, as well as building and maintaining the North American client base.
Duncan has over 16 years’ broking experience in both London and the US. Duncan started his career as a wholesale broker in London before moving to the US and was most recently the New York Property Leader at Aon. Duncan has worked with a wide variety of clients over the years, primarily in the large corporate space, with a focus on technology, manufacturing, transportation and logistics, real estate and retail.
If Duncan was not working for McGill and Partners, he would be attempting to become a ski guide in the French Alps.
