Brian Coons
Senior Broking Operations Analyst

Brian is our US Senior Broking Operations Analyst, responsible for leading our Certificate Centre, Quality Assurance, and Policy Review teams.
Brian brings 23 years of insurance industry experience to the team with an extensive background in operations leadership. Prior to joining McGill and Partners, Brian spent the last 18 years of his career at Willis Towers Watson where he served as Associate Director leading centralised operations for the West Region of their Commercial Retail Business. Prior to joining Willis Towers Watson, Brian served as a producer in Aon’s Financial Institutions team and as Insurance Operations Manager at Jack Henry Financial Services (fka Private Business, Inc.).
If Brian was not working for McGill and Partners, he would be spending time with his wife, Laura, their three children, and their dog Stella.
