Avraham Adler
Partner - Structured Solutions

Avraham is a Partner in our Structured Solutions team, bringing actuarial and data science expertise to the development of creative solutions for our clients, colleagues, and partners.
Avraham joined McGill and Partners after spending the last fifteen years with Guy Carpenter. In addition to reinsurance pricing and ERM responsibilities, Avraham was a member of Guy Carpenter’s Actuarial Best Practice committee and was heavily involved with actuarial research, tool development, training, and the nascent data science team. Avraham started his reinsurance career in 2002 at Swiss Re as a business unit actuary in their casualty department. Avraham has volunteered with many Casualty Actuarial Society committees and served on its Executive Council as the Vice President for Research & Development in 2017- 2020.
If Avraham was not working for McGill and Partners, he would be developing new statistical packages and spending as much time as possible with his family, especially the grandchildren.
