Simon Lill
Development Manager - Operations

Simon is Development Manager in our Broking Operation team, responsible for the development and support of our business applications including full ownership of the development lifecycle from inception to delivery and support provisions thereafter.
Simon has been executing various roles within IT functions since 1995, most recently in the finance industry at a invoice finance company, prior to joining McGill and Partners.
If Simon was not working for McGill and Partners, he would be running his own personal training business.
