Neil Sharma
Partner - Treaty Reinsurance

Neil is a Partner in our Treaty Reinsurance team, focusing on actuarial analysis.
Neil joined McGill and Partners after spending the last ten years with Guy Carpenter pricing reinsurance across multiple lines of business. Most recently, Neil worked in the Cyber Centre of Excellence where he led the development of affirmative and non-affirmative cyber models for pricing reinsurance. Neil started his career in underwriting at Beazley and later MSILM before making the transition to reinsurance broking.
If Neil was not working for McGill and Partners, he would be living a minimalist lifestyle and travelling the world with his wife and two children.
