Niklas Behrens
Associate - Facultative Reinsurance
Hannover, DE
Niklas is an Associate in our Facultative Reinsurance team, focusing on DACH property.
Niklas began his career at Hannover Re in 2014, starting off as a dual student for three years; finalising his Bachelor in 2017, and finalising his Technical Underwriter in 2021. Niklas worked in the Insurance Linked Security Department before he joined Guy Carpenter in London, designing and placing high-profile European reinsurance risks. Before joining McGill and Partners, Niklas was responsible for building up the Cash and Storage Portfolio as well as placing Property and Energy risks.
If Niklas was not working for McGill and Partners, he would manage a hunting farm.
