Tom Schilling
Partner - Client Development
Midwest, US
Tom Schilling is a Partner in our US Client Development team, focusing on the build out of our North American client base. In this role, Tom works across a variety of disciplines ranging from business development to account management and servicing.
Tom has 15 years’ advisory and consulting experience in all aspects of the management and placement of large and complex global programmes, including, but not limited to, alternative structure design i.e. captives, matching deductibles and other loss sensitive programmes, global fronting and cash flow management for complex placements and the utilisation of country intelligence to assist clients in effectively managing their global risks. Prior to joining McGill and Partners, Tom spent 8 years at WTW in the multinational practice, spending the last 4 years leading the West Region. Before WTW, Tom spent 6 years at Marsh on the multinational team before leaving to join the Risk Management team at Abbott Laboratories.
If Tom was not working for McGill and Partners, he would be on a golf course or spending time traveling with family.
