Ryanne Smith
Partner - Renewables, Power and Energy

Ryanne is a Partner in our Renewables, Power and Energy team. Ryanne specialises in client strategy and risk management as well as managing and placing complex energy placements.
Ryanne has over 17 years’ experience within the international energy sector. She brings with her a breadth of knowledge and understanding of Power, Midstream and downstream risks. Originally from Houston, Texas, Ryanne has extensive experience in both the US and London markets. Her expansive career has included working as a retailer and marketer in energy for Marsh and Lockton in Houston, and for Onshore Energy teams at RKH Specialty and Miller Specialty Insurance in London.
Her experience also includes Political Risk and Structured Credit field.
If Ryanne was not working for McGill and Partners, she would be traveling the world as a travel critic.
