Rebecca Woodley
Group Company Secretary

Becky is our Group Company Secretary, responsible for governance matters and ensuring that the group entity boards and committees comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Becky initially completed the Law Society Solicitors’ Finals and following a two-year stint at Linklaters transitioned to Sedgwick Group where she commenced her career as a Company Secretary. She brings nearly 25 years’ private and listed company experience as a Chartered Company Secretary gained within a number of financial services firms including Janus Henderson, BUPA, JPMorgan Cazenove, Charles Taylor plc and BNY Mellon. Becky joined McGill and Partners in January 2020.
If Becky was not working for McGill and Partners, she would be dancing, teaching barre and working with special needs children.
