Will Nichols
Partner - Property

Will is a Partner in our Complex Property team, leading the broking team for our US clients.
Will began his career at JLT, where he developed comprehensive experience in global placement strategy and complex policy structures. In 2019, he joined McGill and Partners as one of the company’s first employees. He brings strong experience across a wide range of industry verticals, now with a particular focus on the North American market. Will leverages strong market relationships across London, Europe, and Bermuda to deliver market-leading outcomes for clients. Streamlining complexity and bringing results to distressed situations are a passion.
If he wasn’t working with McGill and Partners, Will would probably be travelling the world making nature documentaries.
