Brett Urig
Partner - M&A

Brett is a Partner in our Financial Lines team, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions. His focus is on the structuring, negotiation and placement of representations & warranties, tax and contingent liability insurance for corporates and private equity firms.
Prior to joining McGill and Partners, Brett practiced corporate law for eight years at the global law firm Latham & Watkins, advising financial sponsors and corporates on some of the highest profile deals in recent years, across all sectors, with an emphasis on healthcare and technology transactions.
If Brett was not working for McGill and Partners, he would be coaching basketball and practicing corporate law.
