Holly Richards

Holly is the Executive Assistant for our Renewables, Energy and Power team.
Holly began her career at Talbot Syndicate and worked within the Marine and Energy Liability team as an Underwriting Assistant. She then transitioned into an Executive Assistant role, which she has been doing for the last 6 years, working for the Active Underwriter and CFO. Alongside EA duties, Holly has enjoyed being heavily involved in marketing, events and other divisions within an insurance business.
If Holly was not working for McGill and Partners, she would be travelling the world as a hotel critic.
