Jessica Burton
Partner - Compliance

Jessica is a Partner in our Risk and Compliance team focusing on UK compliance.
Jessica spent the first 7 years of her career as a qualified Accountant. She then spent the next 9 years within Deloitte’s Insurance Regulatory and Strategy team where she progressed to being a Director. Jessica focused on a range of regulatory topics across the insurance market, including regulatory compliance, effectiveness reviews of second line functions/board and was the CASS 5 lead. She also conducted a number of skilled persons’ reviews and represented Deloitte’s Women in Leadership initiative.
If Jessica was not working for McGill and Partners, she would be running a B&B somewhere in the English countryside.
