Rory Colacicchi
Partner - Marine

Rory is Partner in our Marine and Cargo team, specialising in Marine.
Rory has over ten years’ experience in the marine insurance market. Prior to joining McGill and Partners, Rory joined JLT Specialty in 2010 as part of the graduate intake. He latterly became Partner in the marine business prior the acquisition of JLT by Marsh & Mclennan responsible for looking after key retail and wholesale clients across EMEA, USA, and Canada.
Rory has specialised in first party insurances for shipowners such as Hull & Machinery and War, as well as insurances relating to shipyards. His clients include some of the biggest names in the marine industry. Rory is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and has a BA Hons degree in English Literature.
If he was not with McGill and Partners, he would be a bee keeper.
