Karen McClellan
Business Development and Bid Manager

Karen is the Specialty Broking Business Development and Bid Manager, working within the central Business Development team.
Karen has more than thirty years’ experience, working in various different industries including the police, investment banking and online gaming. She has been working in the insurance industry for the last 18 years, expanding her skills to include business strategy, project management and more recently bid management. Karen supports the Head of Specialty Business Development alongside each Specialty Broking team on the many different aspects of their business development plans, including effective coordination and organisation in relation to our participation in the proposal of bids to existing or prospective clients for projects.
If she wasn’t working with McGill and Partners, Karen would probably have become a professional dancer on Strictly Come Dancing.
