James Swan
Head of Financial Lines and Special Risks

James is Head of our Financial Lines and Special Risks team, focused on warranty and indemnity/representation and warranty, tax and contingent insurance solutions.
James has more than 15 years’ of M&A experience gained in Law, Investment Banking and Insurance Underwriting and Broking in Europe and the Americas. His career has maintained a specialised focus on delivering innovative solutions to large Financial Sponsor clients on complex cross-border transactions across all sectors.
If he wasn’t working for McGill and Partners, James would probably be a viticulteur in the Sussex Downs.
