David Forster
Partner - Construction
London, UK
David is a Partner in our Complex Property, Casualty and Construction team, focusing on major construction projects in the energy, power & utility and infrastructure sectors.
David has over 20 years’ experience of designing and implementing bespoke insurance programmes for new Energy, Power & Utility, and Infrastructure projects around the world. David has a particular focus on contractual risk management, having supported clients through the detailed negotiations associated with all phases of a project’s development, working closely with the project managers, internal and external legal advisors and finance parties. David has a specialisation in power generation projects and acted as a speaker at the Power Gen Asia 2013 Conference. David has a Masters Degree in Middle East Politics and a BA Hons in Law. He is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Insurance.
If David was not working for McGill and Partners, he would be sat in a campsite in Spain, drinking rioja.
