Thomas Uzzo
Partner - Facultative Reinsurance

Tom is a Partner in our Facultative Reinsurance team, based in New York, focusing on US property risks.
Tom brings over a decade of industry experience to his role, with his primary and most recent area of expertise being in facultative property reinsurance. Prior to joining McGill and Partners, Tom served at the newly formed reinsurance brokerage start-up, Alliant Re, as the Vice President, Lead for Reinsurance. Prior to his time there, he spent nearly five years with Aon Re, most notably as a Managing Director, directly responsible for growing revenue and relationships. Tom also has prior industry experience in varying roles on the primary and retail sides of the P&C business.
If Tom was not working for McGill and Partners, he would most likely be found in the garage, tinkering with his cars and going to the racetrack for ‘track days’. Otherwise, he’d probably be playing hockey or baseball, or traveling with family and friends.
