Chiaki Motooka

Chiaki Motooka joined McGill and Partners from Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire, where she began her insurance career in 2016.
Specializing in Upstream Energy and Renewable Offshore Wind sectors, Chiaki acquired skills in underwriting, arranging (re)insurance for complex projects, and fostering direct client relationships to provide optimal solutions and advice. Additionally, Chiaki was seconded to one of the major energy companies for two years as a Risk Manager, working on insurance arrangements, captive utilization, contract reviews, and more.
If Chiaki was not working for McGill and Partners, she would be travelling with her dog to sunny and green destinations.
