Paul Coster
Partner - Operations

Paul is a Partner in our Central Operations team with responsibility for entity onboarding and broking operations.
Paul began his insurance career in 1984, as a broker technician. With over 36 years’ experience in the industry, Paul brings extensive knowledge of the London Market and international operations, claims advocacy, broker back-up management, outsourcing, project, change and transformation management activities.
If Paul was not working at McGill and Partners, he would spend more time enjoying the countryside.
