Stuart White
Partner - Strategy

Stuart is a Partner in our Business Development team.
Stuart joined McGill and Partners in April 2022 as a Partner focusing on identifying and sourcing leading talent across the London and International insurance and reinsurance markets. Prior to joining McGill and Partners, Stuart worked in the executive search industry for 25 years, most recently for Eames Partnership where he spent 14 years establishing and building their specialist insurance practice. With an emphasis on London and EMEA, Stuart has successfully completed numerous senior individual and team placements across the majority of the marine, non-marine and aviation broking and underwriting markets and this has spanned both insurance and reinsurance. In his earlier career, Stuart worked as a Lloyd’s broker specialising in North American property and casualty risks.
If Stuart was not working for McGill and Partners he would be running a cookery school in Provence.
