Carly Blackshaw
Partner - Structured Solutions

Carly is a Partner in our Structured Solutions team, focusing on online broking and creation of contracts.
Carly brings more than twenty years’ experience in the industry, having previously worked for JLT, Lloyd and Partners, and Marsh. She has worked on multinational North American open market accounts and now focuses on Facilities and Lineslips in addition to being a key point of contact for the Structured Solutions team on all financial queries.
If she wasn’t working with McGill and Partners, Carly would probably be an interior designer.
