Becs Hill
Associate - Treaty Reinsurance

Becs is an Associate in our Treaty Reinsurance team, focusing on catastrophe modelling and analytics.
Prior to joining McGill and Partners, Becs spent a year and a half as a Catastrophe Risk Analyst at Gallagher Re. There, she worked as part of the sub-saharan Africa team while also contributing to CESG advisory and analytics projects across the business. Becs also has an academic background in Geography, and holds a master’s degree in Risk, Security and Politics from Durham University.
If Becs was not working for McGill and Partners, she would be trying to make it as a professional saxophonist.
