Cabot Lyman
Partner - Property

Cabot is a Partner in our North American Property team, responsible for structuring, placing, and implementing large and/or complex property risks.
Prior to joining McGill and Partners, Cabot was a Team Leader and Senior Vice President placing global property programmes in challenging industries such as manufacturing, logistics, retail, financial institutions, real estate, and hospitality. Before that, Cabot spent 4 years in London working for CNBC and then 11 years with Aon’s New York Property team. She has also been awarded multiple Power Broker Awards by Risk & Insurance.
If Cabot was not working for McGill and Partners, she would be hiking with her kids in Maine.
