Matthew Rugoyi
Partner - Treaty Reinsurance

Matthew is a Partner in our Treaty Reinsurance team, specialising in developing and producing high quality analytics to help our clients assess and manage their natural catastrophe exposure to low-probability, high-loss events.
Matthew is a creative and forward-thinking catastrophe risk management professional with over 12 years of experience in the industry. Prior to joining McGill and Partners, he was at Liberty Specialty Markets where he held hands-on and team leadership roles providing pricing, portfolio aggregation and regulatory reporting support for several insurance and treaty reinsurance underwriting teams.
If Matthew was not working for McGill and Partners, he would be spending as much time as possible outdoors exploring the English countryside with his family.
