Nicole Pallavicini
Partner - Financial Lines - Cyber

Nicole is a Partner in our Financial Lines team, specialising in cyber insurance.
Nicole began her insurance career as a Financial Lines retail broker in the Australian market in 2013. She specialises in cyber insurance, focused on financial institutions, transport/logistics’ and manufacturing industries. Throughout her time in Australia, she worked with Australia’s Top ASX listed organisations where she built credible and trusted partnerships with the leading CISO’s to assist them in understanding their cyber risk exposure and maturity to assist them in strategically transferring their risk to the insurance market. Nicole has been involved in managing large complex claims for businesses and has assisted them during their times of crisis. In 2022, Nicole transitioned to the London market to round out her broking capabilities as a wholesale broker.
If Nicole was not working for McGill and Partners, she would be learning about holistic healing, focusing on Reiki and crystal healing.
