Ayla is an Associate in our Facultative Reinsurance team, based in Chicago.
Ayla brings over four years of experience in the insurance industry, having begun her career at Willis Towers Watson as an associate client advocate. In this role, she served as a crucial liaison between clients and carriers. Throughout her career, she has navigated various lines of business, with a particular emphasis on large and complex property and casualty insurance.
If Ayla weren’t working at McGill and Partners, she would be exploring the globe, indulging in authentic cuisines from different cultures.
