Esme is an Associate in the Renewables, Power and Energy team, focusing on renewable energy placements including the construction and operations of wind, solar and battery energy storage technology.
Esme has been working in the insurance industry for seven years, with experience in both traditional and renewable energy power. Esme’s background ensures comprehensive understanding of the context and nuances of the energy transition. This ensures placements are tailored appropriately to her clients with a thought-out approach. Fluent in French and Spanish, Esme has been able to focus on the placement and servicing of large and complex global renewable portfolios.
If Esme was not working for McGill and Partners, she would be living in Paris as a florist and/or vintage clothes shop owner.
